At AIS we believe that the best way to improve academic success is to help students develop their character. That’s why our grades are based on both character and academic achievement. When students receive feedback they can reflect on their behavior and make needed adjustments. Our character-report-cards inform parents on more than twenty different character traits. Here a few of them: appreciation, bravery, citizenship, composure, curiosity, dependability, effort, focus, gratitude, integrity, kindness, leadership, resilience, politeness, self-control and zest.
