1. The applicant should download the application form from the website.
2. The application form, together with the following pre-enrollment requirements, is mailed/submitted to the Director for Admissions, Manila, Philippines.

Attach one (1) copy of colored picture, size 2x2

Photo copy of latest report card

Personal brief history (500 words) handwritten by the student.

A processing fee of USD100.00 (PhP4,500) is paid and the receipt is attached to the application documents.
3. An appointment for Testing and meeting with the school Guidance Counselor is then set for the student.
4. Letter of acceptance /non admittance is issued by the Director for Admissions following thorough evaluation of submitted credentials, grades and the results of the school’s testing.
5. The admitted applicant is then advised to secure the following additional requirements and submit them to the Admissions Office.

Photocopy of Birth Certificate

Photocopy of passport

If the student will be in the care of a Guardian while in the Philippines, please provide copies of the documents which authorize this arrangement.

Medical examination by the school clinic in the Philippines
6. Upon submission of all admission requirements, the Admissions Office issues the Student Number
7. The student may then discuss and confirm with the Guidance Counselor their timetable for the forthcoming quarter.
